Chris Case
Christopher James "Chris" Case, 31, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at the family residence.
Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles Davis, his paternal grandparents, Harvey James Case and Vivian Jaqualine Case, his cousin, Kai Green and his uncles, Allen Green and Davie Renner.
Chris had a passion for cars. He loved working on them and he enjoyed fishing. Chris was a member of the Ridgeview Baptist Church but at the time of his passing, he was attending the Salvation Army Church.
Survivors include his son, Cameron "Camo" Simon of Ooltewah, his mother, Sonya Davis Case, his father, John Harvey Case both of Cleveland, his maternal grandmother, Edith Davis also of Cleveland, his sister, Jessica Case of Knoxville, his brothers, Jonathan Thomas Case and his wife Samantha of Niota, Shawn Case of Knoxville, his aunts, Victoria Green of Cleveland, Linda Case of Cincinnati, Ohio, his uncles, Gary Case and his wife Barb, Bob Renner and his wife Linda all of Carlington, Ohio, his nieces, Bryanna Abigail Case, Zoey Alexis Case, his nephews, J. T. Givens, Dalton Ray Case, his cousins, Joshua Green, Jasmyne Green, Hailey, Dillon, Colton, Nathan, Keilon Green and Jameason Patton, his special family friend, Ray Forgey and Chris's friend, Angela VerMeulen of Cleveland also survives.
The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 3, at 3 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Sgt. Ruthie Forgey with the Salvation Army officiating.
Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jonathan Case, Shawn Case, Joshua Green, Anthony Wehunt, Eddie Willis, Christian Willis, Dalton, Case, Justin Brewer and James Brewer serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be John Case and Ray Forgey.
The family will receive friends from 12-3 p.m. on Friday, at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
