FedEx Freight Building On Shallowford Road Sold For $11.3 Million

A FedEx freight building on Shallowford Road has been sold for $11.3 million.

The facility, that includes over 45,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, is at 4250 Shallowford.

The sale was to Setzer Properties Cha Llc from La Jolia Group B Llc.

FedEx is moving into a new $30 million headquarters near I-75 at Apison Pike.

Setzer Properties is a real estate group headquartered in Lexington, Ky.
