Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Investigating Fatal ATV Accident

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of what appears to be a fatal ATV accident involving a single male victim in a remote area of private property on Flat Top Mountain, the Sheriff's Office said late Tuesday. 

The property is located off Beverly Drive.
 
The name of the victim is being withheld at this time pending proper notification of next-of-kin.
 
There were several local volunteer fire department and HCEMS personnel also on the scene.
