Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 1, at 2 p.m. at Fields Chapel AME Church.

The body will lie in state after 
noon  on Thursday. Interment will be in National Cemetery.

Sheriff Hammond Says $4 Million Needed To Put SROs In All Hamilton County Schools
