Malcom Lee Varner, 74, Identified as Victim In Fatal ATV Accident On Tuesday

Malcom Lee Varner, 74, has been identified as the man killed on Tuesday in a fatal ATV accident in a remote area of private property on Flat Top Mountain. 

The property is located off Beverly Drive.
  
There were several local volunteer fire department and HCEMS personnel on the scene.

The cause and manner of death has not been determined by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office. However, at this time, the incident appears accidental.
