Patsy Ruth Stephens, 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 23, 2017, in Chattanooga, surrounded by her dear friends. 

She was born on Nov. 9, 1938, on a farm in Lockney, Tx., to Delbert and Lois Bybee and was the youngest of nine children. Patsy was married to Bill Stephens in 1958 and was a loving stay at home mother of three boys, Roger Wayne, Randall Scott, and Ricky Lynn.

Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Roger in 1995, as well as her brothers, Archie, Wayne, Billy, and Donald, and her sisters Leona, Mary Ann, and Betty. 

Patsy is survived by her sister, Fredda Bybee, Dallas, TX; son, Randy Stephens, his daughters, Alexis and Kira, and her son, Ricky Stephens, his wife, Dana, and their three children Tanner, Kate, and Natalie; caregiver and friend, Dorotha (Dot) Morrison.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, in the funeral home chapel with Rick Hansard and Mike Sterzik officiating.
