St. Paul AME Church Hosts Holiday Healing Workshop On Nov. 18

The Lay Organization of St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 2514 Williams Street, Chattanooga, is hosting a Holiday Healing Workshop on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m.

Organizers will be discussing topics on mental health in addition to tips on how fitness can be used to reduce stress in order to combat those holiday blues.
This is a free event open to the community; however, organizers are asking for everyone to bring a non-commodity can good.
