Shirley Ann Liner, 77, a resident of McDonald, Tennessee, went to her heavenly home on Saturday morning, December 9, 2017.

She was born on Nov. 9, 1940, in Millstone, KY. Shirley loved her family and spending time with them. She was a prayer warrior and loved praying for anyone. 

Shirley was preceded in death by her son, David Liner, daughter-in-law, Debbie Liner, brother, Allen Frederick, mother Mary Elva Amsbary and father James Amsbary. 

Shirley leaves behind to cherish her memory her soul mate of 62 years, Frank Liner, daughter, Teresa Elrod (Chris), son, Jim Liner, three sisters, Nancy Beavers (Buck), Jan Falls (Jack) and Sue Lott (Gene), grandchildren, Nick Liner (Lori), Blake Liner (Danika), Amanda Liner, Cortney Riley (Kooley), Mary Elrod, Jayson Hooper (Misty), great-grands, Kelby, Austin, Lexi, Isaiah, Aiden, Eli, Aylssia, Alexis and Jackson. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 5-8 p.m. at the Mt. Olive Church of God. 

A celebration of her life is planned for Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Olive Church of God with Pastor Gary Sears and Pastor Dan Bowlen officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee cemetery with Nick Liner, Blake Liner, Kelby Liner, Austin Liner, Steve Liner and Pete Matson serving as pallbearers. 

The family would like to thank the staff of Signature Healthcare for all their care they provided to Shirley and her family.
