Olen Henry Aaron, 84, a resident of Cleveland, went home to his heavenly father on Monday morning, December 11, 2017. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Hester Stewart, brother Hobart Aaron, sister, Flossy Aaron, and his great grandsons, Andrew and Aaron Davis. 

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his soulmate of 61 years, Shirley Aaron, son, James Aaron, daughters, Sherry Hughes (Donnie) and Helen Aaron, sister, Lorene Bowman (Vollie), grandson, Brad Davis (Elsa) and great-grandchildren, Eli, Sam and Pendell Davis. 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland. 

The funeral will be on Thursday, Dec. 13, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home with the Reverend Sammy Hughes officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with James Aaron, Brad Davis, Donnie Hughes and Michael Hughes serving as pallbearers.
