Hamilton Heights Girls Turn Lights Out On Carolina Day

Kamilla Cardosa’s double-double – 17 points and 11 rebounds – sparked No. 1-ranked Hamilton Heights to a one-side 68-25 victory over Carolina Day, the No. 12 team in North Carolina, on Saturday.

The Lady Hawks (10-1) also got 16 points from Elizabeth Balogun, 12 by Treasure Hunt and 11 each by Jazmine Massengill and Esmery Martinez – she also had 10 rebounds – in another strong, balanced scoring performance in the Best of Carolina Showcase.

Hunt finished with eight assists and Massengill had six.

Annabelle Schultz led the Lady Wildcats with 14 points.
