Hullco Acquires Dalton-Based Window Company

Hullco Inc. has acquired Window Works, a Dalton based window replacement company. The Window Works owner will join Hullco. 

“We are excited to welcome David Majetich to Hullco’s leadership team," said Matt Hullander, president and owner of Hullco, Inc. "He has been operating a solid business in the Dalton area. His values are in line with ours here at Hullco. We are proud to have David join our team.”  

Hullco, Inc. will begin notifying prior Window Works customers in the coming weeks.  

Hullco, Inc. was founded in 1977 and offers replacement windows, entry doors, siding, sunrooms, decking, screen rooms, roofing, and bath solutions products.

Dallas Bay Baptist Church School Evacuated By Bomb Threat Tuesday Afternoon

Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office personnel are currently responding to a bomb threat at Dallas Bay Baptist Church School.  As a precaution, all staff and children have been evacuated from the building and are safe. Federal Appeals Court Rules In Favor Of Family With Down Syndrome Child Who Sued County Schools

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of a couple with a Down syndrome child who sued the county schools.
