Ezekial Looney
Ezekial Looney has been indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury on a rape charge.
Looney, 47, of 747 E. 11th St., is to be arraigned on Friday in the courtroom of Judge Don Poole.
The indictment says the allged rape occurred on or before July 30, 2014.
It says Looney also goes by the last name of Bibbs.
