Willie Jean Phillips, 85, of Chattanooga, passed away on December 3, 2017.  

She was a 70-year member of Grandview Church of God. She was a piano player and sang. Mrs. Phillips loved being around her family.

Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Mitchell “Crickett” Phillips; two sons, Terry L . Phillips (Jeanine), Gary W. Phillips (Robin); five grandchildren, Gregg (DeeDee), Chris (Heather), Ashley (Jim), Seth (Carrie) and Emma-Kate; nine great-grandchildren, Tyler, Logan, Alex, Bailee, Claire, Jaymee, Gray, Charlotte and Garrett.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, in the chapel of Lane Funeral Home. Rev. Sammy Hughes will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
