  • Thursday, December 7, 2017

The Chattanooga Police Department and AARP Tennessee will offer Coffee With a Cop and free VIN etching provided by CPD's Auto Theft Unit on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Hamilton Place Mall food court area and upper level parking lot across from Sticky Fingers.

Organizers said, "The purpose of this event is for community members to discuss public safety matters that are important to them, share ideas and ask questions of police officers.

It is our hope that through open, friendly conversation we can build relationships between police officers and the community. VIN etching is provided to help community members safeguard their vehicles from auto theft."
