Betty Jo Hatcher
Betty Jo Hatcher, 76, of Hixson, Tennessee, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Friday, February 17, 2017, surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Annie Mae, husband, Jackie, brothers, James and Dub and a sister, Juanita.
Betty was loved by all who knew her and was known by all for her wonderful cooking. She enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping. She adored her sweet dog, Kalli.
Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory four sons, Gary (Gwynne), Jerry (Denise), Danny (Debra) and Wes (Ashley); one daughter, Amanda (Barry); five grandchildren, Tabitha (Terry), Adam, Jacquelyn (Luke), Jarrod and Justin; six great-grandchildren, Nik, Jake, Josh, Maddie, Brandon and Jackson; brothers, Bobby (Ruth), Billy (Charlotte), Paul (Carolyn) and Donny (Ann); many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Dorothy.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Feb. 20, from 4-9 p.m. at Williamson & Sons funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Caleb Bolton and Dr. Ronnie Phillips, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Memory Gardens, East.
Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons and special friends.
