GNTC To Hold Open Gym Workouts, Cheer Cats Tryouts

The Georgia Northwestern Bobcat Athletic Department will soon be holding open gym workouts for volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball and tryouts for the 2017-2018 Cheer Cats squad.

Incoming and/or current GNTC students are encouraged and invited to attend the open gym workouts at the Rossville Athletic Center (301 Williams St.). Prospective athletes must bring a completed and updated physical form in order to participate. 

Volleyball open gym workouts will be held on Monday, March 20, from 6-7:30 p.m. Women’s basketball open gym workouts will be held on Thursday, March 23, from 6-7:30 p.m. and men’s basketball open gym workouts will be held on Tuesday, March 28, from 6-7:30 p.m. 

Cheer Cats tryouts will have two sessions. The first will be on Saturday, March 18, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and again on Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
