Nina Ann (Colbaugh) Wilkey, 75, of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away early Monday morning, February 27, 2017.
She was born in Dayton on January 31, 1942 to the late Ray and Minnie (Shadden) Colbaugh; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lester Wilkey.
Nina lived in Dayton for most of her life, having graduated with the Rhea Central High Class of 1959, she went on to marry Charles and raise a family together. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and was a care giver for many people. Nina attended Corvin Road Baptist Church and was also a long time member of New Union Baptist Church.
Nina is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Randy) Thompson of Scottsboro, AL; her son, Rev. Timothy (Gina) Wilkey of Dayton; her seven grandsons, Blake (Yee Won) Wilkey of Chattanooga, Brendon, Brody, Branson, and Baylor Wilkey, all of Dayton and Cody (Danielle) Thompson and Zach (Robin) Thompson of Scottsboro, AL; her great-grandson, Memphis Thompson of Scottsboro, AL; and her brother, Warren (Margaret) Colbaugh of Dayton.
A funeral service for Nina will be held Tuesday, at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with her son, Rev. Tim Wilkey and Rev. Steve James officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Spring City Memorial Gardens.

The family is being cared for by Vanderwall Funeral Home, where they will receive friends Tuesday at 2 p.m.
