Wanda Harvey, 68, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. 

She was a native of New York, had lived many years in the Algood/Cookeville, Tn. area, and the past four years in Chattanooga. While residing in Algood, Tn., she attended the First Baptist Church of Algood.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie Leon Harvey; parents, Clinton and Iva Fox; brothers, Gordon, Joe, and Ira Fox; and sisters, Dorothy, Barbara, and Sharon.

Survivors include her brothers, Jay Fox, Earl (Donna) Fox, Daniel Fox, and Gaius Fox; sister, Beulah (Lloyd) Christopher; brother-in-law, George Herman Harvey; four step-children, Bobby (Rosie) Harvey, Carolyn (Johnnie) Massengale, Steve (Bunny) Harvey, and William (Tim) Harvey; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of The Health Care at Standifer Place for their love and care for Wanda.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 24, at 1:30 p.m. at the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Friday, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
