Mamie “Pauline” Morgan, 83, of Chatsworth, Georgia, and formerly of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, March 20, 2017 at her home.
She was a former employee of Bradley Memorial Hospital, where she worked for over 19 years. Pauline was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clee and Roxie Waldroup; loving husband, Claude Morgan; son, Paul Morgan; brother, Cecil Waldroup; and sister, Ruth Walker.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Hulett (Harold); grandchildren, Stacey Heger, Jeffrey Morgan, Michael Morgan and Angela Morgan; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Mitchell Waldroup, Dave Waldroup, Gene Waldroup and Johnny Waldroup; sisters, Lilly Silvers, Kathryn Bramlett, and Virginia Green; and special nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life service is planned for 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, at Companion Funeral Home, with Pastor David Disney and Pastor Rocky Green officiating the service. Interment will follow the service in the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Harold Hulett, Randall Morgan, Michael Morgan, Toby Morgan, Johnny Waldroup, and Ryne Eads will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are brothers, Mitchell, Dave, and Gene Waldroup, as well as Isaac White, and Darrell Walker.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 22, at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, from 5-8 p.m.
