David Cochran

David Edward Cochran, 62, of Ringgold, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, in a local hospital.

David was the co-owner and operator of Cochran’s Travel Center in Ringgold for 35 years and was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, enjoyed NASCAR, golfing, snow skiing, and riding motorcycles. 

His mother, Mary Will Cochran, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Yvonne Cochran; daughter, Ashley (Joe) Hicks; sons, Brandon and Chase Cochran; grandchildren, Makenna, Gracie, Lance, Kaylie, Haiden, Preslei, Blaklei, and Briggs; father, Harold Cochran; sisters, Angelia (Len) Hunt, Cindy Martin, and Denise (Greg) Kinnamon; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 26, at 3 p.m. at Bible Way Baptist Church with Dr. Vincent Estill officiating. 

The family will receive friends at Bible Way Baptist Church, 2502 Lakeview Drive, Rossville, on Sunday, March 26, from 2 p.m. until the service hour.
