Courtney Bledsoe Named Executive Director At Life Care Center Of Ooltewah

Courtney Bledsoe was appointed executive director at Life Care Center of Ooltewah.

Ms. Bledsoe comes to this skilled nursing and rehabilitation center from Life Care Center of Hilton Head, South Carolina, where she served as executive director for almost three years. Prior to that, she was administrator in training at Life Care Center of Charleston, S.C.

Originally from Athens, Tn., Ms.Bledsoe worked for three years as admissions and marketing director at Life Care Center of Athens.

“I fell in love with the long-term care and short-term rehab,” said Ms.

Bledsoe. “I am happy to be back closer to my parents, who live in Athens and Knoxville, and I am excited to work with the team at Life Care Center of Ooltewah to help provide the best care and rehabilitation for patients in the Ooltewah area.”

Ms. Bledsoe earned her bachelor’s degree in English and mass communications from Emory and Henry College in Emory, Va.

“With her background in admissions and marketing and familiarity with the area, Courtney understands the fast-paced post-acute market and will be a great asset for our Ooltewah building,” said Renee Tutor, vice president of parent company Life Care Centers of America’s Cumberland Region.

Life Care Center of Ooltewah, at 5911 Snow Hill Road, is one of 26 skilled nursing and rehab facilities in Tennessee operated or managed by Life Care Centers of America.
