Review for Steven Pelland:

Steven started his musical journey at the early age of seven by studying accordion and organ. His father, a professional guitarist and vocalist, influenced Steven to study electric bass and voice.  During his teens, he studied voice with the great bass baritone, Ron Nadeau.  At 19, Steven graduated from the Modern School of Music, and freelanced as a bassist in Boston's jazz scene.

Growing up in Fall River, Ma. he explored the tidal marshes of the bay and experienced the changes in the city as the textile industry closed down.

For the past several decades, Steven has written hundreds of songs, and has performed across the country. He is also an accomplished, finger style guitarist and fine vocalist.

Steven has been influenced by musical greats to include; Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Dougie Maclain and even Bach to name a few.

Steven recently completed the recording of his new album, "These Days". He has showcased at the NERFA conference in NY and at SERFA in NC and is conducting a Northeast tour this year to promote the new CD.

His lyrics move and intrigue the listener and his consummate guitar skills guide the audience to an engaging musical experience
