The Union Gospel Mission will be serving its traditional Easter dinner on April 16. This meal is provided free of charge to the community at large, but specifically geared toward the homeless and less-fortunate.
They will be serving ham, potato salad, green beans, corn, rolls, sweet tea, and dessert.
Volunteers are still needed to help with food or to come and serve. Dinner will be served starting at 1: p.m. on Easter Sunday and will go until 3 p.m. (or until they run out of food, which they always do).
The will be handing out gospel tracts and anything else that is provided.
