Gary Carl Tallent, 69, of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017.
He was born on January 29, 1948 to the late Carl and Leela Tallent. Gary was a lifelong resident of this area. He enjoyed watching football, but especially reading his Bible.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Carl and Leela Tallent.
He is survived by one son Greg Tallent (Patty); one daughter Jennifer Tallent; grandchildren, Tyler Tallent (Sarah), Nick Tallent and Blake Hodges; great-granddaughter Brooke Tallent; former wife and special friend Carolyn Tallent; cousin Dorothy Adams of Kentucky; and several other extended family members and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
