The Chattanoogan hotel has named Lynn Pollock director of catering and conference services.
Tom Cupo, regional managing director, said, “It is with great pleasure that I welcome Lynn to The Chattanoogan. She comes to us with important knowledge of and leadership experience in conference and catering operations, which is so essential to the success of our meetings and special events business.”
Ms.
Pollock was previously assistant director of catering and conference services for the Grand Wailea Resort in Wailea, Maui, Hawaii for over 16 years. Prior to that, she held the position of director of catering at the Silvertree Hotel in Aspen, Colorado, and the Wyndham Chicago, Chicago, Illinois.
“I am very excited to be relocating to beautiful and historic Chattanooga to be closer to family,” said Ms. Pollock, “and to be a part of the friendliest city in the South."
She attended Austin Community College in Austin, Tex.
