Tutor Named Vice President Of Life Care’s Cumberland Region

Renee Tutor was named vice president of Life Care Centers of America’s Cumberland Region, which encompasses nine skilled nursing facilities in the company’s Eastern Division.
 
Ms. Tutor served as the interim regional vice president for five months.
 
“Renee joins our leadership team with many years of operational experience,” said Latessa Morris, vice president of Life Care Centers of America’s Eastern Division, which oversees the Cumberland Region and four others. “Her continuous focus on improving performance is exciting, and we are very encouraged to have her leading the Cumberland Region.”
 
Before joining the Cumberland Region, Ms.
Tutor served as interim regional vice president for Life Care’s Bluegrass Region in Kentucky and Virginia. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior care.
 
“I used to visit a nursing home when I was little because my great-aunt was in one, and I saw that it needed improvement,” said Ms. Tutor. “I was very drawn to long-term care. I feel like we can learn a lot from our seniors – their history and the contributions they’ve made.”
 
Originally from Memphis, Ms. Tutor earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Memphis. She resides in Cleveland with her husband, Gary. They have three children.
 
Life Care Centers of America’s Cumberland Region is based out of the company’s headquarters on Keith Street in Cleveland.
