Reviews of the authors:

Jeff Zentner is the acclaimed author of The Serpent King.
In addition to writing, he is a singer-songwriter and guitarist who has recorded with Iggy Pop, Nick Cave, and Debbie Harry. GOODBYE DAYS is his love letter to the city of Nashville and the talented people who populate it. He lives in Nashville with his wife and son.

Reviews for Zentner’s The Serpent King & Goodbye Days
“An absorbing effort with emotional and psychological integrity” (Booklist, Starred Review), GOODBYE DAYS is a moving and timely novel that will appeal to teen and adult readers alike.

BuzzFeed wrote of The Serpent King, “[T]his moving, character-driven story is sure to stick with you long after you finish,” and the same is true of GOODBYE DAYS

Brittany Cavallaro is a poet, fiction writer, and old school Sherlockian. She is the author of the Charlotte Holmes novels from HarperCollins/Katherine Tegen Books, including A STUDY IN CHARLOTTE and THE LAST OF AUGUST. She's also the author of the poetry collection GIRL-KING (University of Akron) and is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts fellowship. She earned her BA in literature from Middlebury College and her MFA in poetry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, she's a PhD candidate in English literature at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband, cat, and collection of deerstalker caps.

Reviews for Cavallaro’s Charlotte Holmes Series
“Beautiful prose, thrilling action, a touch of romance, and two complicated heroes to root for make this a not-to-be-missed sequel. Readers will be craving the final book in the trilogy.” (Booklist (starred review)

“Fans of the first Charlotte Holmes novel, A Study in Charlotte, will not be disappointed, and readers who are new to these characters will savor the fast-paced plot....This series is entirely un-put-downable. The Last of August will definitely leave readers anxiously awaiting the next installment.” (Voice of Youth Advocates (VOYA))

Emily Henry studied creative writing at Hope College and the New York Center for Art and Media Studies. She is a full-time writer and proofreader. Her first book, The Love That Split the World, was published in 2016. Her second novel, A Million Junes is due out in May of 2017

Reviews for Henry’s The Love That Split the World
“While the love is so at-first-sight as to be clichéd and the cultural issues problematic, this debut is otherwise sensitive, lyrical, and deftly plotted”. (Kirkus Review)
