Barbara Johnson
Barbara Jean Mines Johnson, 75, passed away on May 12, 2017.
She attended Howard High School and was a member of the World’s Church of the Living God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Johnson, Sr.; sons, James Edward Johnson, Jr., Paxton and Mark Johnson.
She is survived by her children, Malanie Johnson (Stephon) Trimble, Felisha Johnson (Anthony) Hinton, April Johnson (Rod)Young and Daniel (Kosha) Johnson; sister, Gracie Mines; one brother-in-law; three sisters-in-law, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 26. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Alan Harrington officiating. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens East.
