Cairn Yoga Creates A Themed Natural Environment Inside A 50’ Geodesic Dome

  • Thursday, May 25, 2017

Cairn Yoga, the newest studio in the Chattanooga area, has opened its doors this week, but those doors are unlike any before in the industry. They reveal a dry riverbed inside of a 50’ geodesic dome, with over 2,000 square feet of space.

Guests can roll out their mats on one of 20 elevated solid oak pedestals, surrounded by over 40,000 pounds of river rock, flowing water, and hundreds of living plants, all under a starry night sky projected overhead on the domes interior surface.

Becky Byrns, founder of Yoga East, said, "Stunning space. Like nothing I have ever seen. Wonderful
class. So easy to stay present in such a natural design.”

Local companies including Whole Foods, Rock Creek Outfitters, and Lululemon have seen the potential of the concept and have already partnered with Cairn in various upcoming promotions.

For more information about the studio call 883-5826 or email redbank@cairnyoga.com.
