The Bucs of Boyd-Buchanan beat Sweetwater 8-0 Friday night in the first game of the District 5A/AA tournament at Boyd-Buchanan.
They led 1-0 at the half. Will Boyanton completed a hat trick with three goals. Hunter Busby had two goals. Hayes Wood, Ayden Otero and Daniel Ingram each had one goal.
The Bucs are the top seed going into the tournament and will await the winner of CSAS and Silvedale who play on Saturday. All semifinal games will be played on Tuesday and the championship on Thursday.
