Bonnie Louise Sims, 83, of Rossville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

She was a member of Old Fort Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Astor and Mildred Whaley; husband, Earl “Dee” Sims.

She is survived by her seven children; one sister, Helen (Phil) Love; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 30, from 12-1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home parlor with Reverend Dean Sims officiating. Entombment will follow in the Tennessee / Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Hospital or a Charity of your choice.
