Free Epilepsy Awareness Workshop At MACC June 13

The Mountain Arts Community Center will offer a free epilepsy awareness workshop led by the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee on Tuesday, June 13 at 6 p.m.  

During the workshop, videos will be viewed showing some of the most common types of seizures, epilepsy"myths and truths" will be explored, participants will be instructed on life-saving seizure first-aid techniques, reducing triggers be discussed, and more.
