Mojo Burrito To Open 4th Location In Ooltewah

  • Friday, July 21, 2017

Eve Williams has just signed the lease for Mojo Burrito’s newest location to open in Ooltewah’s Cambridge Square. This will be Mojo’s fourth restaurant in addition to its existing locations in Red Bank, St. Elmo and East Brainerd.

Mojo Burrito is vegetarian based, vegan friendly and farm fresh local favorite that just celebrated fifteen years in business. It continues to be a local favorite with quite a following. The funky décor and fresh food never disappoint.

With plans to open this year, the new space is approximately 2,500 square feet and is located near Heaven and Ale within the square. This will make the space a little bigger than the Red Bank location and include outdoor seating.

Mojo also plans to hire twenty to 25 new employees, and will begin taking applications soon.
