Ivens, Kayden Lee Bruce (Etowah)

Kayden Lee Bruce Ivens, age 2, of Etowah, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Starr Regional Medical Center.  

Kayden was born on Sept. 24, 2014, in Jasper, Georgia to Cannon Ivens and Jodi Moses.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfathers, Bobby Moses and Bruce Buckner.

Other survivors include his sister, Serenity Ivens, Jon Luke Ivens, aunts, Cassie Forsyth, Jamey Moses, and Destinay Moses; grandparents, Darlene Buckner, Rodney Ivens, Sr., Terry (Cheryl) Moses; great-grandparents, Chassie Buckner, Betty Earls, John Ivens, and Donna (Shawn) Rogers.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home with Brother Joe Hatcher officiating.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 27, at Coghill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
