Iron Workers Local Union No. 704 presented a check to Cindy Rhodes, chief nursing officer at Children's Hospital at Erlanger to buy an eight bay cell phone charging station for their emergency room.

All too often, parents are at the hospital for hours or even days with their child. The need to charge their phones is critical, said officials.

This is one of many projects that No. 704 is involved in throughout the community as they give back to others.
