Second Missionary Baptist Church, 2305 E. Third St., invites the Chattanooga community to celebrate the 151st Church Anniversary this Sunday at 11 a.m.
The theme for the occasion is "Divergent, Devoted, Determined, and Destined," using Hebrews 12:1-2(a) as the background scripture. Pastor Ernest L. Reid, Jr. will bring the morning message.
"Expect to be inspired and blessed as Second looks forward to your presence and gives thanks for another year's journey. Leading the planning committee as chairperson is Theresa Turner, with Elizabeth Cooper serving as vice-chairperson," officials said.
