Joe P. "J.P." Allen, 93, of Rossville, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 22, at 11 a.m. at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South with Pastor Jim Bennett officiating.
