New Pleads Guilty After Firing Shots In Sale Creek Standoff

A man who fired shots after he barricaded himself in a house in Sale Creek last September pleaded guilty on Wednesday to several counts of attempted first-degree

Kevin Lamar New appeared before Judge Barry Steelman.

He will be sentenced on Oct. 30.

The incident happened at his residence on Leggett Road.
