Coach K on Bruce Holt:

"Really excited to have Bruce as one of our top assistants. I got to coach him at Georgia State and RYSA Sporting FC. I think he's very sharp and hard working. I want kids to be good on the field and in the classroom and Bruce has a lot of experience in academics. He will help us tremendously and be a big asset to our program."

About Nery Martinez:

• 2011 graduate of Dalton High School
• 3-year women's soccer team captain at Point (Ga.) University
• 32 goals and 10 assists in four seasons
• 2011 NCAA D-II Women's Soccer All-Tournament Team, 1st Team All-Region, and Soccer Championship Outstanding Offensive Player

• B.S. (2015) in Child Youth Development from Point University

Coach K on Nery Martinez:

"She worked hard last year as a voluntary assistant, and I'm excited for her to become one of our top assistants. One thing that I like is she's one of the best players to come out of Dalton-Whitfield County. I think the girls really look up to her, she'll get a lot out of the kids. She's hardworking, loyal, and fiery. We also want to recruit northwest Georgia well and she knows all the programs. I think she's going to be a great recruiter as well."
