Dennis Baker, 72, a resident of Georgetown, Tennessee, passed away on Friday evening, August 18th, 2017 after a lengthy illness.

He worked at the police department for seven years as a detective, but then he went to be a fireman at the Cleveland City Fire Department, where he retired after 25 years of service. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Irene Baker.

Dennis leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 41 years, Janet C. Baker; children, Denise Goulet (Ron) and Tammy Harrelson (Mark); and grandchildren, Nathaniel Parton, Logan Duckett, and Joshua Bolton.

A celebration of life memorial gathering is planned from 4-7 p.m. at the Brittsville Baptist Church in the fellowship hall, located at 2650 Brittsville Road, Georgetown, TN, 37336 with Pastor Mike Exline officiating.

In lieu of flowers, bring a covered dish to celebrate Dennis’ life with his family.
