Free Bariatric Seminars Hosted By CHI Memorial Metabolic And Bariatric Care

Jaime Ponce, M.D. and CHI Memorial Metabolic and Bariatric Care will host free seminars in September on surgical and non-surgical weight loss options. The seminars will be held at CHI Memorial Metabolic and Bariatric Care, 7405 Shallowford Road, Suite 160 in Chattanooga.

"Obesity can be devastating to a person’s health and self-esteem. These educational seminars are designed to help you better understand bariatric surgical and non-surgical options, and how it may benefit your health," officials said.

Topics include: who is a good candidate for the procedure, what to expect during the recovery period, and lifestyle changes needed to foster a successful outcome.  Walk-ins are also welcome. Attendees are asked to arrive at the seminar location 30 minutes early.
