The Lomenacque Apartments in East Ridge have sold for $6.4 million.

The sale was to Lomenacque Apartments Llcfrom Lomenacque General Partnership.

The complex is located behind Jones Memorial United Methodist Church. It lies on 10 acres on what was formerly the Lomenick family farm.
