Retired From Chattanooga Public Works Department After 38 Years

Charles B. Caslin, 69, died on September 18, 2017.

 

He retired from Chattanooga Public Works Department after 38 years of service.

He is survived by his children, Felicia (Robert) King, Ricky (Diane) Streeter, Charles L. Caslin, Kareem Caslin, and Travis Caslin; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

The body will lie in state after noon on Sunday, Sept. 24. The wake will be from 5-6 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Sept. 25, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Richard Jones officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.

Arrangements are by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
