Donald Dean Davis, 83, of Hixson, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017, at his residence.
Don was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Hixson. He moved from Des Moines, Iowa to Chattanooga in 1985, where he was self-employed as a carpet installer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Nellie Daniel Davis and four brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Ruth McDaniel Davis; three sons, Darwin, Doug, and Del Davis; stepchildren, Robert Wright and Julie Clair and several grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
