Ossie Brydie
Ossie Ola "Jackie" Brydie, 64, passed gracefully on Tuesday, Sept. 26, surrounded by family and friends.
She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, James (Laurie) Oliver, Anthony Brydie, Angela (Ansel) Talley; sisters, Viola (Lloyd) Douthit, Arnetta Brydie, and Carolyn Stone, as well as nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
The body will lie in state after noon on Sunday, Oct. 1, at the funeral home, and the family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday, Oct. 2, at Olivet Baptist Church with Bishop Kevin Adams officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
