21-Lot Single-Family Subdivision Proposed At 3207 Hixson Pike

A single-family home subdivision with 21 lots is being planned at 3205 Hixson Pike.

Gary Crowe of Chattanooga Homes is the owner, and ECGT, LLC is the developer.

The applicant is seeking a Special Exceptions Permit for a Planned Unit Development for the project that includes a new road constructed connecting the proposed development with Hixson Pike.

The single-family detached dwellings will front on a private dead-end street. The majority of lots are locate on the southern side of the proposed private drive due to topographic issues.

Density is approximately 1.92 dwelling units per acre.

The site is located on Hixson Pike between Olde Towne Lane and Van Buren Street.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m.

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommended approval.
