Dekota Burchard Gets 25-Year Prison Sentence In Murder Of Tony Rector

Dekota Burchard, 29, pleaded guilty on Thursday to second-degree murder in the death of Tony Rector, whose body was dumped in a Soddy Daisy cemetery.

Burchard was sentenced to serve 25 years in prison.

Also charged were Chad Edward Massengale and Roy Henderson.

Massengale was convicted of first-degree murder and was given a life prison sentence.

Henderson is awaiting trial.
