Samuel Caffey
Samuel Caffey, Jr. 78, passed on January 9, 2018.
He was an Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Inez Caffey, and brother, Robert Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Caffey; sons, Anthony Caffey and Samuel Caffey II; sisters, Helen Taylor and Joyce Barnes; brother, Theodore (Wanda) Caffey; sister, Patricia Worthen; sisters-in-laws, Glenda Moore, Debra Patrick and Dorothy Douglas; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relative and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. at Greater Faith Temple Church. The body will lie in state after noon and family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Interment will be in the National Cemetery.
