Jason "Spanky" Michael McDonough, 40, of Dunlap passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 13, 2018.
He was preceded is death by his mother, Janice Williford McDonough;
Survivors include his father, Michael McDonough; daughters, Ashley and Lyndsey McDonough; step-daughters, Macie and KeyLee Ladd; sister, Michelle McDonough and her children Drew and Shawnee Carter; and uncle and aunt Ronnie and Becky Williford.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. in the Ewton Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Terry Barker officiating.
Family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to be made for funeral expenses.
