Election Commission Member Qualifies To Run For County Commission

Election Commission member Kelvin Scott has qualified to run for a County Commission seat. Mr. Scott on Thursday qualified to run for the District 4 post. 

Veteran incumbent Warren Mackey has picked up papers, but has not qualified. 

Chris Dahl earlier picked up papers, but has not returned them.
